    Well folks this was a disaster but it was a very good learning experience for me. That was over 12 years ago. I've certainly come a long way since! Over the last five years I've learned a great deal about business and about how

    But for the most part what I look for are people that are highly motivated, folks with a winning attitude....I look for ord
    ping new procedures for reviewing their safety, efficacy and quality.

    Professional from academic institutions, pharmaceutical industries, health care indust
    nary people that can do ordinary things extraordinarily well!

    And it's about not being fearful of speaking with extremely successful people about what you're doing. Remember you're a talent scout not a recruiter. When you have thi
    y and representatives from various regulatory agencies are working out to design the regulatory requirements for manufacture and sale of combination products
    s attitude these type people will know it and they will gladly speak with you because they realize that you are not out to recruit them.
